Sex Panther Cologne

Sex Panther CologneThis has nothing to do with any gadget, gizmo or technology at all, but it is a product from one of my all time favourite films. Sex Panther Cologne is featured in the fantastic movie, Anchorman.

Anchorman is one of the best films that Will Ferrell has ever made and Sex Panther Cologne is worn by  Brian Fantana and is apparently “Illegal in nine countries” and “made with bits of real panther”. Obviously it isn’t really made with real panther; I’m sure that’s illegal. Anchorman is a film about a news anchor and his team who are all male, feeling threatened when a female co-anchor is appointed to the team. Things take a turn for the worse for the team when Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell’s character) falls in love with the female co-anchor.
You really need to see this film if you haven’t.

Sex Panther Cologne apparently smells like desire and should be applied copiously. However, as with any cologne, I’ve found that less is more when it comes to making an impression. You really don’t want to go out to impress the opposite sex smelling like a perfumery counter at a pharmacy.

If the man in your life is a Will Farrell fan, or even an Anchorman fan then you should really get them the Sex Panther Cologne. And with Valentine’s Day coming up, what could be a better gift to give? The Sex Panther Cologne is available on pre-order for £29.95 through PriceGrabber now.

Philips Sonicare Toothbrush

Philips Sonicare ToothbrushI’ve wanted an electric toothbrush for a while now and it seemed like a good time to get one seeing as there are all these sales about. It seems to me that they are much better at providing oral care that the traditional toothbrush. The one I chose was the Philips Sonicare Toothbrush.

I brush my teeth on a daily basis just because I dislike going to the dentist so much. I know I should brush them twice a day too, and some days I do, it all depends on how tired I am at night. Now you’re also meant to brush for 3 minutes too. I have to admit that I don’t do that. But with the Philips Sonicare Toothbrush I’ll be able to do that because it has a built in timer function.

There’s no better feeling than clean teeth and there’s no excuse for not looking after them. Spending 2 - 3 minutes in the morning (and evening) is a lot cheaper than visiting the dentist. Nobody likes visiting the dentist do they? The Philips Sonicare Toothbrush has a built in re-chargeable battery that will last you for 40 minutes. That’s 20 brushes before you have to recharge. The Philips Sonicare Toothbrush has 3 cleaning settings too: Zoom, Timed and Sensitive.

Brushing your teeth has never been so much fun and because it’s a gadget I’m sure that it’ll get much more attention than the traditional toothbrush I have. It feels good to be starting the year with healthy teeth and gums.

Philips HS8060 Shaver

The Philips Shaver is one of the best shavers I’ve seen in a long while and is definitely going to be under my Christmas tree this year. Not only does it give you a super smooth shave, it also moisturises your skin whilst doing so.
Whilst you shaving, the Philips Shaver dispenses Nivea for Men moisturiser directly on to your skin making for a really comfortable shave. And it also has self sharpening blades which lift the hairs away from the face before cutting them.

I’ve always been a wet shave kind of person, but being a student I’m finding the cost of the blades to be a bit pricey, so the solution would be for me to get an electric shaver. I used to have one before, but it didn’t really do the job for me. I have sensitive skin and it would always end up red and blotchy after a shave.
The Philips Shaver, I’m hoping will be much better because of its ability to moisturise the skin.

There’s only one way to find out really isn’t there. And I’ll have to wait until Father Christmas has been and completed his rounds to find out, but you can be sure of one thing: I’ll blog about it here first. The Philips Shaver is currently going for just over £70 - which is a great price. I’ve seen this retail at £150 in one store recently. Best grab it whilst you can.
