Well, it’s pretty straightforward to be honest, you peel a garlic clove and pop it into the top of the Garlic Zoom, close the lid and roll it backwards and forwards on your worktop. The more you push the Garlic Zoom, the finer the clove will be chopped. To get the chopped garlic out you simply open the lid again and tap it out.
