Dangly Earrings

In my last post, I looked at the ladylike up do. The up do is the perfect hair style for another of this seasons key trends, the dangly earring. The dangly earring can be a gorgeous and very feminine accessory which reflects light onto your face and highlights your neck and ears. It is also an accessory which should be worn with care. There is a fine line to be trodden between elegant and ‘Pat Butcher’. You will need to decide for yourself what degree of dangliness you can carry off and this will in part be related to the length of your neck. The shape and colour of the earrings will also determine whether they suit your colouring and face shape. One rule which applies to almost everyone when it comes to wearing dangly earrings, is to wear them without a necklace. A necklace and dangly earring combo will just look too much, let the earrings make a statement on their own. Here are some of my favourites:
