In the frenzy of activity, typing and blog posting, I some how managed to miss out on something really good at Paris fashion week. I am not sure how this happened but had to go back adn post on the Ann Demeulemeester show as it was actually one of my favourites. The collection feature some very interesting draped and gathered jersey dresses which I would love to have. There were also some great versions of her signature style of unstructured jackets, cowl neck blouses and so on. A great collection for wearability but it also had  a bit of zing added with some tang bright oranges and more than a handful of crystals thrown in.

I love the way the crystals cascade down this dress like a waterfall. A great dress for a christmas party.

A great combination of colours in this dress.  

Another dress with cascading crystals. This time in white with a jacket for a really elegant and dressy outfit.

There is something slightly Grecian about the way this dress drapes. I just love the shape of it.

I will have to wait for the Spring Summer collection, so for Autumn Winter, I can get this Ann Demeulemeester long sleeved top.
