Jacqueline takes pride & passion in everything she does, having a great passion for Real Food, sport and adventure. Having worked in HR, she is a real people person with innovation and motivation to inspire any team she gets involved with and loves seeing people develop and grow. Having been involved with the food industry for over 12 years now working with Global Fine Foods Ltd before her latest project Kitchenmonkey.co.uk Ltd was born just over a year ago in May 2007 which she now dedicates her time to and blogs on her web site kitchenmonkey. The whole concept of which is providing a handmade chef prepared dish delivered frozen to any UK doorstep using only the finest sourced ingredients. Jacqueline flies an aeroplane which is one of her great loves along with many sports which she has passed on to her 2 children, with a budding professional rugby player in the midst. Both of her children have chronic asthma and allergies and it was a desire to provide a nutritional balance to assist her children’s conditions that got Jacqueline really interested in food fully. She further contributes to many business, parents & media networks along with having had her writing published in various publications, books and media. She loves music, travel and being creative from restoring a old house to creating recipes to delight.
